This character farm holiday cottage Wheatley Barn is ideal for families of 4/5 or couples. It is set in its own private garden, perfect for those out of season weekend breaks you always promise yourself.
Across the lane is Wheatley Farmhouse where you will find a delightful heated Indoor Swimming Pool with Spa and Sauna facilities to complete your holiday experience. There is also a well equipped Children’s Play Area with a sturdy Timber Adventure Climbing Frame plus a Trampoline.
Close by you will find the wonderful Cornish coast with sandy beaches (Widemouth Bay and Polzeath) ideal for surfing, swimming and relaxing. You can also take a walk along Cornwall’s uniquely beautiful Coastal Path. A picnic on a beach or a meal in one of the numerous traditional Cornish pubs and restaurants to be found in Crackington Haven, Boscastle, Bude and King Arthurs Tintagel all nearby. Not forgetting the culinary delights of Padstow, now famous for its Michelin Star chefs and restaurants.
The ancient market towns of Launceston (we call it Lanson!) and Holsworthy are close by and the wide range of National Trust properties, The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the rugged beauty of Bodmin Moor (home of The Beast) and Dartmoor are all within easy reach.
